Traditional Meat Company (TMC) was established in 2008 as a beef processing company in Drumone, Co. Meath. We soon realized that we would need to get access to the raw material and begin processing to allow us to develop our business. This involved setting up a slaughtering hall to give us a steady supply of high quality product.
Our management team have over 30 years’ experience between them and we’ve grown into a company that employs 90 people. We believe that the sustained success of the business is in developing strong customer relationships through a partnership approach and by giving customers exactly what they want.
