My name is Ben Lynch and I am the Slaughter Line Manager at Traditional Meat Company.
After graduating from my Agri-Food Production degree from Dundalk Institute of Technology I began working in TMC under the Graduate Development Programme.
This programme provided me with hands on experience all aspects of the business. It was great to get an understanding of the whole production line and from there I was able to then fix my focus on areas of the business in which I was interested and I was provided with extra training tailored to that area.
I would recommend the graduate program at TMC to ambitious hard-working graduates as it is a great way to gain hands on experience and develop your skills tailored to a working environment.
