We have developed this beef for its tender and sweet slightly nutty taste that is ideal for putting into a dry ager. This beef is grass-fed and slow-maturing to produce traditional tasting beef from sustainable farming practices from local farm’s and handled with great care in a stress-free environment.
Our beef is rooted in small family farms meaning that we are ideally positioned to meet the growing demand for premium grass-fed beef.

Our lush green fields, fresh, clean air and plentiful rain has always provided us with the perfect natural environment for rearing grass-fed cattle for our Beef. Working with our farmers as partners we have developed this quality Angus & Hereford beef that has the right fat and lean grading scale. This means the stamp of quality when promoting traditional and sustainable methods of small-scale farming and butchery.

This beef is selected in the parish of Dromone which is in Royal County Meath. This traditional tasting beef provides an excellent taste. Our distinctive and succulent Celtic Legend beef is sourced from the hills of Royal County Meath and matured traditionally on the bone to provide the ultimate carnivorous experience. We have developed this beef product for its tender and slightly buttery taste.
