TMC are dedicated to sourcing top quality beef. We guarantee flexibility and consistency of supply by utilizing cattle from our dedicated producer groups. We are focused on processing over 25,000 head per year, approximately 500 head per week. Our primary goal is processing cattle as required by our customers.
Our cattle are hand picked on farm and undergo a further rigorous carcass selection in the chill to ensure that customer requirements are met before the beef is deboned. This scale and specialization facilities a customer focused, cost efficient quality beef product with the customer proposition ‘big enough to deliver, small enough to care’.
As part of our journey with Origin Green we are committed to increasing our quality assured cattle numbers year on year to keep our quality to the highest standards.
We are proud supporters of our local Oldcastle Agricultural Show which celebrated its’ 82nd anniversary this year.
We sponsor the Traditional Meat Company Champion Continental Bullock or Heifer competition each year which awards the best Continental Bullock or Heifer.
