BRCGS - We are proud holders of the BRCGS AA rating. The AA grade is the highest food safety standard accreditation awarded and sets the benchmark for good manufacturing practice. The BRCGS grading system is used throughout the whole supply chain, to reflect the food hygiene practices of each food business operator. The BRCGS Standards are thorough and scrutinize every possible area where food safety could be compromised. The standards are GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) recognized and certified.
Origin Green - TMC is in the application process with Origin Green to provide assurance over our sustainable practices. Origin Green is Ireland’s pioneering food and drink sustainability programme, operating on a national scale, uniting government, the private sector and the full supply chain from farmers to food producers and right through to the foodservice and retail sectors. The programme is the worlds’ only national food and drink sustainability programme, and enables the industry to set and achieve measurable sustainability targets that respect the environment and serve local communities more effectively.
